In this week's episode of the Equality Education Podcast, Olly speaks with the brilliant Lui Asquith, the head of legal and policy at UK charity Mermaids. They talk about Lui's non-binary identity, their experiences growing up and what we can all do (right now) to support transgender children and adults.
Lui so eloquently and passionately talks about their experiences of working with young people exploring their gender identity. Lui also gives some fantastic advice to parents, carers and teachers about how to best support a young person who comes out as transgender or gender non-conforming.
