'Kenny lives with Erica and Martina' is an original story by Olly Pike, and is inspired by the 1981 book 'Jenny lives with Eric and Martin' by the Danish author Susanne Bösche.

Olly's book tells the story of Kenny whose grey world soon becomes a lot more colourful with the arrival of some new neighbours.

Kenny and his mums welcome the change, but this can't be said for everyone who lives on their street. Kenny has to somehow let everyone know that being different is not something to be afraid of.

'Kenny lives with Erica and Martina' aims to teach children about diversity, equality and acceptance.

Olly's aim is to get a copy of this book into every UK Primary School by September 2020 (when relationship education will be mandatory in all UK Primary schools).

Help achieve this by via our #KennyLives campaign over at lgbteducation.co.uk.
